I am Irish, happy to be once again living in Portugal. Over the last couple of years I have made positive changes in my life having built up my own English school in Ireland.

I have been a Business English teacher for over 20 years in Ireland, Hong Kong, Italy and Portugal mentoring companies and key management personnel on doing business with different countries/cultures and individuals on career planning unblocking potential and creating the life they want. I run Heal Your Life workshops in Ireland, Portugal and Italy having trained as a HYL workshop leader and coach in both Portugal and Italy.  I am delighted to now be part of the Managing with Heart and Mind teaching team and workshop leaders.
